Quarter of a century mustache party

Welp, I’ve finally hit the quarter of a century mark.

It’s weird to think that when I first came to France in 2008 I was only 20, still in college, and enjoying the city as a student studying abroad.  Now here I am 5 years later actually LIVING in Paris, working full-time, and starting my adult life.

Where did the time go?

Anyway, to celebrate my 25th birthday I decided that the best way to face this depressing jump closer to 30 was to have a huge party… with mustaches.  Yes, I thought it would be fun to force my guests, girls and boys alike, to spend a night with fuzzy stick-on mustaches on their faces.

Since a picture is worth a thousand words, below are a few snapshots from my special day:

How lucky am I? Flowers, a lovely home-cooked birthday dinner (Risotto), a Galaxy Note 2, and a package from home!! (+ other presents from my family not in the bow!)

As you can see, I had a truly wonderful time.  I am so thankful to have such amazing people in my life to share these moments with.
